Sarah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a bachelor’s degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology in International Affairs and a master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. She has been practicing clinical mental health work since 2017 in a variety of settings, including community agencies and private practice.
Sarah specializes in working with adults, adolescents and couples in managing anxiety, depression, negative thinking, stress, relationship issues, and making positive lifestyle changes. Her therapy style combines warmth and compassion with holistic health and mindful awareness in addition to research-based practices such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Gottman Method Couples Therapy. Sarah looks forward to meeting you wherever you’re at in the process of healing and will support you in integrating your desired changes to achieve greater health and wellbeing.

Sarah Kraft offers online therapy sessions through scheduled appointments. All Westside providers have access to HIPAA compliant and secure teleconferencing software to protect client privacy. Instructions to access a scheduled session will be sent directly by the provider leading up to the appointment.
