It is alright to feel overwhelmed, confused, and uncertain. When stressors create intrusive thoughts of not being enough or fears of abandonment, it can be helpful to talk to someone. Whether you are looking for coping strategies to build resiliency through life transitions or wanting to explore deeper parts of yourself and how you relate to the world, I am here to support you.
