Racial trauma, adjusting to Covid-19, school stress, work life balance, self-esteem, and relationships, among other issues are difficult to deal with. Let’s work through them together. Your emotions are normal, it is the way you express and cope with them that is important. I want to support you with your goals of feeling more confident in yourself, feeling more fulfilled in your typical activities, or feeling more understood. You deserve a safe space to process, heal, and grow.

I will support you with a client-centered approach. You know yourself better than I do and I am happy to walk with you in this realization. I provide play therapy for your children to help them build confidence and learn positive ways to cope. Your sessions will have a special focus on social justice, equity, and inclusion.

I would love to help you find yourself again or for the first time. Life is full of ups and downs, and there is nothing wrong with getting support during those down times.
