Hello! I am a licensed professional counselor who works with adolescents and adults at my office in Aurora, CO. I have extensive experience working with middle and high school age clients, and I worked for several years as a therapist at Children’s Hospital Colorado before starting my own practice. I see adult clients of all ages, too.

I specialize in working with issues including parent-child relationship problems, depression, anxiety, suicidality and self-harming behaviors, autism spectrum disorders, behavioral/conduct problems, communication issues, life transition issues, and grief.   

My therapeutic style can be described as solution-oriented, empathetic, compassionate, and humorous. I believe that forming a positive therapeutic relationship is incredibly important in achieving therapeutic success, and I look forward to beginning this relationship with you!
